The Larry Prout Jr (The Bear) Courage Fund will help with gas, food, utilities, clothes and many other basic necessities, that become hardships when a family is facing the medical crisis of a loved one but does not fund medical bills or treatments.

Submit
Submit the form to The Larry Prout (The Bear) Courage Fund by email or mail using the addresses provided.
Receive a Reponse
The review team will respond to you as soon as possible, usually within 1 week.
