We are nearly at 300 families!

Today, Larry's nonprofit was able to send individual grants to 8 families bring our total of Mott families assisted to 289. That is wild!

That being said, we have some good news and bad news!

The good news is our 4th annual RUN WITH THE BEAR is schedule for July 25 at Pinckney High School. Pinckney Schools has again agreed to partner with us, and we could not be more grateful! Our RunSignUp site will be open April 1st for registrations, donations and sponsorships. We hope to see you there! https://runsignup.com/runforthebear

The bad news. Sadly, our bank account is running very low. We are going to have to hold off sending grants to our beloved Mott families pending donations and sponsorships that come in for the RUN WITH THE BEAR event. This week alone we received 8 applications. They are coming it at a rapid pace as there are so many families in need.

Every dime that Larry and our nonprofit raise go to these families. We have no one on payroll. We are all volunteers.

It breaks our hearts to be unable to help these families. But until more funds come in, we must put our applications on hold. So, this is just for now - it is not forever -

As soon as we are able to raise more funds - we will be able to help more and more families at Mott Children's Hospital!
